Biography
Dr. Sofia Ivanova is a pioneer in laboratory-based veterinary medicine. She received an international award for her research titled "Hidden Toxins and Bio-accumulation in Pet Foods" completed at the Moscow State Academy of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Ivanova investigates not only toxic foods but also additives that may have carcinogenic effects in the long term. Within PetSafeDB, she performs pharmacokinetic analysis of every new food item added to the database and verifies "LD50" (lethal dose) data. Her mission is to replace hearsay with laboratory data.
